GreenWave Wins INDEX Award

This October, 2015 Buckminster Fuller Challenge Winner GreenWave was selected as the recipient of the international INDEX Award, considered “the Nobel Prize of sustainable design” with a grand prize of £500,000. BFI and the Challenge program are thrilled by this new recognition for GreenWave. In its 5th cycle, the INDEX award received a record-breaking 1,401 entries from 85 countries around the world.

GreenWave won the Work category of the INDEX award program, which comprises all designs related to work, including tools; manufacturing machines; aids and communications; architecture and interior design; and control and management systems.
