Poet-farmer Wendell Berry and Wes Jackson of the Land Institute recently came together at the Cooper Union for a conversation about the current state of agriculture and the future of farming, hosted by Mark Bittman of The New York Times. Edible Manhattan has posted a link to an audio recording of the entire conversation, which you can find here. There is also a transcript of this wonderful evening. BFI is honored to have been one of co-sponsors of the event!
