Not knowing exactly what "Design Science" is, I contend Bucky's Floating Breakwater - U.S. PATENT - 4,136,994 - has more potential NOW than it did in 1977. Is anyone prepared to produced one of these things? We have a location on Narragansett Bay in Providence, RI, that could definitely benefit from the installation of this technology.
