Can I use BFI images?

I can't find a page about copyright. Am I to assume that I shouldn't use anything from the site? In preparing an entry to the BF Challenge, I captured an image of Bucky's 4D globe from the Challenge movie. I'd like to put it in my video for orientation when I'm referring to spaceship earth. At the end I put a credit saying,
"4D graphic © Buckminster Fuller
http://www.challenge.bfi.org"
Is this illegal? Encouraged? Discouraged? Incorrect?
What I'd like to find on the website, linked from the FAQ, is a "Credits" page outlining usage and preferred citation for allowed items. I apologize if the info is here and I'm not finding it.

Images can be used (for non-commercial purposes) as long as they are accredited to The Estate of Buckminster Fuller.

For example, an attribution would read:
"Courtesy of The Estate of Buckminster Fuller"
